Cette initiative, port\u00e9e par le <strong>SDIS 65<\/strong> avec la coop\u00e9ration du <strong>SDIS 64<\/strong>, avait pour objectif de renforcer la coop\u00e9ration transfrontali\u00e8re autour de cette infrastructure routi\u00e8re majeure reliant la France et l\u2019Espagne.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Le Tunnel du Somport : une infrastructure \u00e0 haut enjeu de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ouvert \u00e0 la circulation en 2003, le <strong>Tunnel du Somport<\/strong> s\u2019\u00e9tend sur pr\u00e8s de <strong>8,6 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong> et relie la vall\u00e9e d\u2019Aspe (Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Atlantiques) au nord de l\u2019Aragon. V\u00e9ritable trait d\u2019union entre les deux versants des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es, il repr\u00e9sente un axe strat\u00e9gique pour les \u00e9changes transfrontaliers.<\/p>\n<p>Sa longueur et son caract\u00e8re confin\u00e9 en font toutefois un site particuli\u00e8rement sensible, expos\u00e9 \u00e0 de multiples risques :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>accidents de la route en zone souterraine,<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9parts de feu et propagation de fum\u00e9es,<\/li>\n<li>besoins d\u2019\u00e9vacuation rapide et coordonn\u00e9e,<\/li>\n<li>n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une coop\u00e9ration imm\u00e9diate entre services fran\u00e7ais et espagnols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Une journ\u00e9e tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019op\u00e9rationnel\u00a0: une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les environnements clos<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la visite, plusieurs temps forts ont rythm\u00e9 la journ\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pr\u00e9sentation des modes de fonctionnement et des r\u00e8gles d\u2019exploitation par la direction du tunnel,<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9changes techniques avec le SDIS 64 sur les protocoles d\u2019intervention,<\/li>\n<li>immersion dans les installations strat\u00e9giques : centre de contr\u00f4le, salles de gestion de crise et espaces souterrains,<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9couverte des engins et des moyens mobilisables en cas d\u2019urgence,<\/li>\n<li>moment de convivialit\u00e9 permettant de poursuivre les \u00e9changes de mani\u00e8re informelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un grand merci \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des participants pour leur engagement, \u00e0 l\u2019exploitant du tunnel pour son accueil, ainsi qu\u2019aux services d\u2019incendie et de secours impliqu\u00e9s pour la qualit\u00e9 des \u00e9changes et leur contribution \u00e0 cette journ\u00e9e de coop\u00e9ration transfrontali\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width:
