Esta iniciativa, impulsada por el <strong>SDIS 65<\/strong> con la cooperaci\u00f3n del <strong>SDIS 64<\/strong>, tuvo como objetivo reforzar la cooperaci\u00f3n transfronteriza en torno a esta infraestructura viaria de gran relevancia que conecta Francia y Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>El T\u00fanel de Somport: una infraestructura con un alto nivel de exigencia en seguridad<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abierto al tr\u00e1fico en 2003, el <strong>T\u00fanel de Somport<\/strong> se extiende a lo largo de casi <strong>8,6 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong> y conecta el valle de Aspe (Pirineos Atl\u00e1nticos) con el norte de Arag\u00f3n. Verdadero nexo de uni\u00f3n entre las dos vertientes de los Pirineos, representa un eje estrat\u00e9gico para los intercambios transfronterizos.<\/p>\n<p>Su longitud y su car\u00e1cter confinado lo convierten, sin embargo, en un emplazamiento especialmente sensible, expuesto a m\u00faltiples riesgos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>accidentes de tr\u00e1fico en zona subterr\u00e1nea,<\/li>\n<li>incendios y propagaci\u00f3n de humos,<\/li>\n<li>necesidad de evacuaciones r\u00e1pidas y coordinadas,<\/li>\n<li>cooperaci\u00f3n inmediata entre los servicios franceses y espa\u00f1oles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Una jornada orientada a lo operativo: una necesidad en entornos cerrados<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante la visita, varios momentos clave marcaron la jornada:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>presentaci\u00f3n de los modos de funcionamiento y de las normas de explotaci\u00f3n por parte de la direcci\u00f3n del t\u00fanel,<\/li>\n<li>intercambios t\u00e9cnicos con el <strong>SDIS 64<\/strong> sobre los protocolos de intervenci\u00f3n,<\/li>\n<li>inmersi\u00f3n en instalaciones estrat\u00e9gicas: centro de control, salas de gesti\u00f3n de crisis e infraestructuras subterr\u00e1neas,<\/li>\n<li>presentaci\u00f3n de los veh\u00edculos y de los medios movilizables en caso de emergencia,<\/li>\n<li>espacio de convivencia que permiti\u00f3 continuar los intercambios de manera m\u00e1s informal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un agradecimiento a todos los participantes por su compromiso, al explotador del t\u00fanel por su acogida, as\u00ed como a los servicios de bomberos y de emergencia implicados por la calidad de los intercambios y su valiosa contribuci\u00f3n a esta jornada de cooperaci\u00f3n
